Payment is expected to be paid upon service and no credit terms are currently available at this time. We hope you understand these terms as we are a family owned company and must be promptly paid for all services and products as this is our source of operating capital and necessary to provide our best service to our customers.
Paypal and credit cards are accepted and financing options are available for more costly purchases and installations. HVAC systems and products are NOT tax exempt. This applies to GATE card holders as well.
We are not affiliated with any other HVAC company including Godwin Heating and Air. Jason and Jamie Godwin are the sole owners of Twin Air Heating and Cooling.

We are based in Cook County Georgia and we serve all surrounding counties: Tift, Berrien, Lowndes and Colquitt. We are not limited to these areas so if you are out of these counties please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we will see if we are able to service you.
Yes we are fully licensed through the State of Georgia as a qualified registered HVAC contracting company. We are insured and can provide our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
